At Paws and Thrones, we take pride in crafting unique, personalized products tailored to your preferences, which is why we are unable to offer returns on our items. Each piece of artwork we create is a labor of love, meticulously designed to capture the essence of your special bond with your beloved pet. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the final product, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Our primary goal is to make you delighted with the ultimate masterpiece you receive. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you happen to receive the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or if your product sustained damage during transit, we will promptly replace it without any questions asked. To facilitate this, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order in such cases.

In our pursuit of perfection, we offer unlimited editing opportunities for the photo and costume you initially selected. These unlimited revisions pertain to minor alterations that can be made to the artwork. Should you require a substantial change, such as using a new photo or altering the costume/product, you have the option to make one change—either the photo or costume. If you wish to make further adjustments, such as introducing a third photo or changing the costume for the third time, our dedicated customer support team can assist you by providing an invoice for a nominal fee of $20 to cover the creation of the new artwork.

If you've recently placed an order and have had a change of heart, you can cancel your order within 24 hours without any hassle. After this 24-hour window, cancellations will be considered at our discretion. This policy is in place because our talented artists often commence work on your order as soon as it's placed. If your artwork has already been crafted and you request a cancellation, a $10 fee will be applied to help cover some of the artwork costs associated with your order.

It's important to note that the quality of the artwork we create depends on the photo you provide during the order process. Adhering to our Photo Guide is crucial. Failure to do so may limit our ability to address any issues that may arise. Submitting a high-quality photo in line with our submission guidelines is your responsibility, as low-quality photos can result in subpar artwork.

While we welcome notes and special requests with your orders, please understand that we may not always be able to fulfill every request. For example, we cannot manipulate photos to open or close mouths or add smiles. However, we do have the capability to address issues like red-eye, eye color adjustments, and similar requests.

Lastly, we'd like to emphasize that the examples featured on our website were created using high-quality, high-resolution photos. Blurry or low-quality photos may limit our design team's ability to achieve the level of quality showcased on our site. Your cooperation in providing a suitable photo is greatly appreciated.
